Dobson's Distillery Buffer Tank Cooling System, Kentucky NSW

QEG was engaged by Dobson's Distillery in Kentucky NSW to design, supply and install a closed-loop cooling system for the distillery's process buffer tank. We supplied a BAC TVFC 0384 hybrid fluid cooler together with a circulation pump and fully insulated supply and return pipework between the buffer tank and the fluid cooler. The works also included commissioning and integration with the secondary still reticulation provided by the client. The project was delivered as a fixed-price design and construct package with a 12-14 week equipment lead time.
