Diana Plaza Hotel, Brisbane

QEG was engaged by Moreton Bay Air Conditioning (MBA) to supply and install a replacement Midea air-cooled chiller for the Diana Plaza Hotel in Brisbane. The works involved selection and engineering of the replacement chiller, after-hours crane lift of the new unit over the adjacent building to the hotel rooftop plant area, removal of the existing chiller and connection of the new unit to the hotel's chilled water system. QEG delivered the works on a milestone-based payment schedule covering order confirmation, equipment shipment, delivery to site and completion of works.
